The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Private apartment set in a peaceful location close to the Danube. Fully renovated in 2018, stunning new fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and blinds in every bedroom that keep the light out. Quality furniture and bedding throughout. Located in a safe and quiet area with parking and within 10 minutes to public transport. Danube bicycle and running path are located nearby. The apartment is child/family friendly and a non-smoking environment.

Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.
