The beautiful country house, first mentioned in 1604, is located in the center of a village in the foothills of the Alps, in the west of Munich. Due to its location it is not only the perfect place for excursions, but also a beautiful retreat for families and travelers who want to spend their vacation in an extraordinary house with a special style. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
