A place to relax in beautiful natural surroundings. Here there is electricity, running water, shower, TV and internet. The cabin is completely private with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature constant throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. The ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on your skis at the cabin and go to the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with a private jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Great located cottage from 2011 with a large flat nature plot and unobtrusive outdoor space. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Effective floor plan- entrance hall, bathroom, 3 sleeps and open living/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entry December 2024. Mounted heating pump 2025. Act with animals by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of large birds hunting.

The house is from 2001,architect designed and cladding. It is completely undisturbed, it is 200 meters to the nearest neighbor and borders Raet National Park on Tromøya. Several beaches 5-10 min by car. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest shop and under 20 minutes from Arendal. (by car) There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 8 sleeping places(3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds). There is a kitchen garden and greenhouse that need to be watered, but it can also be harvested.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

There you can swim, paddle, or just sunbathe. The cabin invites to a big terrace, which is furnished with sofa, deck chairs, dining table and its own pavilion.

Make memories for life in this unique and family-friendly place. This is a modern seaside cottage on Tromøya in Arendal. The cabin has a lovely sea view, sun until it sets and you hear the sea hitting the swamps. The cabin is easily cared for and well equipped. The cabin is located on the inside of the archipelago Tromling with Raet National Park as the closest neighbor. At Tromlings there are lovely sandy beaches and nice to hike. Hytta is a great place to be with nature all the way into the living room.

Holiday coziness at the sea shore Båtbu1960

Lovely summer place on the water's edge - in the middle of Sørlandsidyllen! Only 3h drive from Oslo. and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. The boat cabin was built in 1960, with a boat garage and a small part where you could stay overnight. Today it is still used as a boat garage and boat warehouse in the winter. The rental part was upgraded, most recently in 2019. Direct exit from kitchen to nice terraces, small sandy beach and jetty. Evening sun and sun every hour of the day!

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 persons (1 + 2) from May to September. Kayaks are not available from October to April.
