PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES! An individual part of the house in the classic Jurmala style. Separate entrance. Renovation made in 2024. Walk to the station "Vaivari" 2 minutes, to the sea 10 minutes. The former summer residence of the People's Artist of Latvia Vera Baljuna, where famous theater and film celebrities met. There is also a sauna with a Russian steam room (paid), barbecue grill and bikes. Early check-in and late check-out are available (paid), as well as a luggage storage service (free).

The house is in de middle of the nature with forests around. It is the only holidayhouse on the premises . So you have a maximum of privacy. The inspiration for this apartment comes from my grandfather who used to be a fisherman nearby this place and one of my favourite fish in his catch was BUTE (flounder). This ir perfect place for 1-2 persons, where you can relax and renew from the nature and the Albatross spa centre. In the territory is the best restaurant for delicious meals. Enjoy your stay!
