Sehr zentrale Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von 500 m, das Zentrum Kelheim ist ca. 1,5 km entfernt.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

The 70 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Two separate bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed. The cozy living and dining area is a great place to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle). The bathroom has a shower and WC. Facilities include cable TV, free WLAN and radio. The highlight is the well-tended garden with outdoor seating.

Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.

Hey dear guests, We offer you a beautiful place to stay with a great view over Kelheim into the Altmühl Valley and the Befreiungshalle. The property is best suited for families with children or guests who like children. The house is located on the slope and the rooms are located in the basement, directly overlooking Kelheim and our garden. You have your own entrance.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
