THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Glamping

Here you live completely undisturbed with a beautiful view in front of you and the forest behind you. You sleep comfortably in a 160 cm wide bed There is a compost toilet and fresh water in containers. Barbecue facilities and fireplace for open fire. Barbecue briquettes and firewood are included. The glamping is located in Fastarp in Klippan municipality along the bike path 102 Skåne. Parking is available in the yard about 300 meters from the site. Or you can park on the meadow next to the glamping. There is the possibility to have a horse in a temporary pasture next to the tent

Stay on a farm in Skåne - Villa Mandelgren

Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Welcome to this cozy country idyll where you are surrounded by horse pastures. The calm. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Beautiful timber house from the 1820s, newly renovated in 2018. The house has stunning views of Öresund, located in the Möllehässle Nature Reserve 2 km south of Mölle. Local bus is within walking distance. Tastefully decorated with high-quality materials. There are two floors consisting of a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. Three bedrooms (1 x 140 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed & 1 x 160 cm bed, loft with 2 x 120 cm bed), dining room, living room and two bathrooms. Both with shower and one with washing machine & dryer.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
