Diese besondere Unterkunft ist eine der wenigen, die sich direkt an der Adria befindet. Das Haus wurde 2023 komplett renoviert. In dem historischen, ca 400 Jahre alten Steinhaus befindet sich im EG ein Studio-Apartment, ideal für zwei Personen. Der Hinterhof bietet an Hochsommertagen einen schattigen Rückzugsort. Parkplätze sind an der Sackgasse und 1 neben dem Haus. Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants und Apotheke sind ca 5 Geh-Minuten entfernt. Trogir od. Split, erreicht man in 20 - 35 Minuten.

Everything is on your hand and near by-beach is 3 minutes walk, grocery shop, market, restaurant, caffe bar all in 50 meters reach. Bus station is 500m of walking, air port is 4km away, parking place is nearby, train station is 3 km away.

Lovely 34 square meter apartment. Second floor. View to a sea and distant islands. Bright, sunny place ideal for relaxation and sleep after long days at the beach. This apartment is at the east side of a house. It has kitchen combined with living room, 1 bedroom with doublebed, bathroom, balcony and 1 foldable sofa which you can transform in comfy bed. Beach is 3 minutes walk form the apartment. Bus station is located below the house. Apartment is close to the airport, Split and Trogir.

You walk out onto the roof top to the see main central tower that is St. Domnius in front of you! The apartments main wall is all glass, that can slide back to open the whole space up. Photos do not explain how brilliant this place is. A modern space, very comfortable bed, air con, fridge, smartTV and coffee machine. Large shower room off main space."...
