Guest house on a farm with lake property

Welcome to stay at our farmhouse! Take an evening swim in the lake, a SUP trip or enjoy a cup of coffee on your own balcony with the company of the sheep (seasonal). Stroll around the surrounding Sörmland forests or take a canoe trip on the lake. In the winter you can bring ice skating and take a trip out on the lake or swim in the ice wake and then warm up in the sauna. After that, you'll curl up on the couch with a pair of warm socks, lit candles, a hot cup of tea, and an exciting book. From autumn 2025, there will be a stove in the cottage.

Idyllic cottage.

The accommodation consists of an old soldier's cottage, where the main building consists of a kitchen/dining room and living room on the ground floor and on the upper floor 2 bedrooms with a bed in each room and a living room with a sofa bed with 1-2 beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a guest house consisting of a bedroom with two single beds and a room with a sofa bed with 1-2 beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the guest house, there is also access to a washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet.

Here you can experience the silence and take a break from life. Close to nature and swimming. In the house, there is an electric sauna and access to a spa bath outside. At our own lake, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and swimming in the lake, why not a trip on the lake with the raft in silence. Access to 2 bicycles is available, for a ride in the surroundings. No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

Perfekt för er som vill ha ett komplett boende utan att behöva tänka, i en rofylld miljö. Kanske komma iväg och koppla av och njuta i en mysig vedeldad bastu eller bada jacuzzi under stjärnorna på privat altan. Modern gäststuga på ca 70m² indelad i vardagsrum, kök, badrum, vedeldad bastu samt ett stort sovloft med två dubbelsängar och två enkelsängar. Beautifully live on a farm with sheep and chickens. The farm is beautifully situated by the lake Öljaren in Österåker, Vingåker. It is 300 meters to the lake where you can both swim and fish. There are both walking paths and bike paths nearby. On the lower floor of the house, there is a bathroom with a shower and eco-free toilet, as well as access to a washing machine. On the upper floor, there are about 40 sqm with three beds, a sofa and an equipped kitchenette. A stove is available.

A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences. On the farm we keep, cows, chickens, geese, ducks a dog and two cats and bees. Possibilty to rent an inflatable kajak with 1-3 seats and/or a SUP. " Et veldig koselig sted. Studio 1-4 persons with pool and sauna

Our studio, built in 2016 is situated close to the city but still in the countryside. There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. If there are requests, we can also arrange space for a fourth person on a mattress at the loft. Large bathroom with sauna. 28 sqm with bathroom and loft. Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.

Här kan du bo helt utan störande ljud av trafik osv. Njut istället av ljudet av naturen. Räkna med att det landar fåglar precis framför er i vattnet och naturen ger sitt otvetydliga avtryck. En plats att njuta och slappna av på. I omgivningen finns det stora ekar som ger en känsla av minnen från svunna tider. Under sommaren finns möjlighet till fiske och bad, samt brygga o båt. Här får du ett helt nybyggt hus med alla bekvämligheter.
