Apartment house with one larg and cosy living room with fireplace and a folding sofa. There is a nice fully equipped kitchen, two separate rooms, two bathrooms and an amazing large garden with a shared swimming pool and kids playground. There are a few restaurants, shops, bars in the town. Apartmanovy dum s utulnou velkou mistnosti s krbem ( a rozkladacim gaucem), vybavenou kuchyni, dvema oddelenymi pokoji s koupelnami. Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Chalupa Maršovská

Krásná chalupa, která je našim splněným snem, o který se s vámi rádi podělíme. Chalupa vystavěná v roce 1919 je po kompletní rozsáhlé rekonstrukci (2023), která z objektu udělala ideální místo k odpočinku. Celá rekonstrukce byla dělána s důrazem na vytvoření příjemného, až rodinného a komfortního prostředí, ze kterého se vám nebude stejně jako nám a naší rodině chtít vrátit domů. Objekt se nachází v přímém sousedství Krkonošského národního parku - chalupu obklopuje ze dvou stran les.

Myślę ze lokalizacja jest dużym atutem. 1. Dworzec PKP jest oddalony od obiektu 6 minut drogi spacerem bez auta po okolicznych atrakcjach turystycznych. 2. Podczas gdy główne miasta w Karkonoszach bywają zakorkowane, można swobodnie przemieszczać się po okolicach takich jak Świeradów, Jelenia góra, Góry Izerskie, Karkonosze, Jakuszyce bez tkwienia w korkach. 3. jest to małe, ale niezależne mieszkanie, w cichej części miasta. Pod blokiem jest ogólnodostępny, bezpłatny parking.

Beautiful & Atmosphere villa, perfect place for perfect vacation !!! we kept the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner) who built the house in the 30s of last century. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the predominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has an original and unique heater. EVERY ONE (adult, child or pet) must pay per night, minimum 4 guests.

Our very comfy and well designed apartment is located in a newly finished property made up to high standards. Apartment is located on the third upper floor with no elevator, pls. Property itself is located in very quite area although in a very attractive part of this popular mountains and ski resorts of Spindleruv Mlyn. It is just a 30 metres walk away from the cablecar and ski resort of Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake.

If you are thinking of taking trip to Czech Republic and see the best of the mountains and nature you should definitely visit Krkonoše- Špindlerův Mlýn. We will do our best to make your stay unforgettable!:) In the apartment is a BIG COMFY BED, fully equipped kitchen with COFFEE MACHINE, DISHWASHER and bathroom with AMAZING SHOWER. In the living room is a big TV. You have a lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby.

A serene outdoor space features a wooden hot tub under a night sky, complemented by a wood-burning stove radiating warmth. Nearby, a set of white chairs and a table are positioned on a spacious deck, inviting relaxation amidst nature.
