L'unità dispone di zona giorno molto luminosa con ampio e comodo divano oltre ad una cucina completa, un bagno e due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali. Ci troviamo nella zona circondata dai boschi della Petrova Gora, a 50km da Zagreb, ad un'ora dai famosi Laghi di Plitvice e dal caratteristico villaggio di Rastoke. A mezz'ora troviamo Karlovac con possibilità di rafting, kayak, canyoning nel fiume Krka. Per chi preferisce invece il relax, poco distante si trovano anche le terme di Topusko.
