The house has 2 high chairs & very other that make it easier for families with families with children. Only 10 minutes walk to Smögenbryggan, shopping, swimming areas, restaurants, grocery store& located on quiet street. Glazed patio with sea view & large back with dining area. Here you live with fantastic sea view near swimming, forest and nature in a newly built holiday home of 30 square plus sleeping loft. The house offers all possible amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, TV, etc. Enjoy the sunset on the lovely deck or take a short stroll down to the jetty for a swim. Proximity to downtown to Stenungsund with shops and restaurants. Nearby there are many nice excursions. Orust/Tjörn and the rest of Bohuslän is quick and easy.

Happiness/Private annex near the sea with evening sun!

We hire out our annex near the sea and swimming area! Patio with barbecue with sun all day. One bedroom, one sofa bed and a loft with 4 beds. 5 min to the beach and 10 min to two really good restaurants. Close to Gothenburg and Smögen. Golf course within walking distance and tennis court as well. Kayaks and bikes find for rent close by. Rented weekly Saturday to Saturday. Enjoy and relax in this calm, stylish space. For bed linen and towels and cleaning there is an extra fee!

Panoramic seaside cabin

Beautifully located authentic cabin close to the sea in the little fisherman’s-village of Bovallstrand, on the Swedish west-coast. The house has a unique overview of a valley and river, running into the sea. The tranquility of nature can be enjoyed while still being very central and close to shops. The sea is the actual host. And it's with you all the time. This house has been built with friends in mind. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The house is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN or HANDICAPPED. There are no safety features for children, the back terrace is not fully fenced, there is no ramp for wheel chairs, there is a risk for accidents.
