Litet 1800-tals hus i rogivande lantlig miljö.

Idylliskt hus med mycket känsla på vår tomt. Lugnt och naturnära, ändå nära till mycket. 4 st. sovplatser på gemensamt sovloft/övervåning, fullt utrustat kök och badrum med tvättmaskin. Ca. 4 km till bad. 27 km till Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km till Mönsterås Här finns sängkläder, handdukar, tvål och toapapper. Städning görs av hyresgästen, annars utgår det en städavgift på 500 sek. Hela huset är till för gästerna och varmt välkomna att använda trädgården med utemöbler, gunga, barnkök och studsmatta.

Välkommen till Torestorps Drängstuga - ett urgammalt hus i hjärtat av Småland! Här bor verklighetens sagor, hjältar, kärlek, hårt arbete och fest i väggarna. Huset är ca 100 m2 stort i två plan och ligger ett stenkast från en större mangårdsbyggnad mitt ute på landet i de småländska skogarna. Du tar dig till Kalmar och Öland på 30-60 minuter och till Nybro för att handla på tio. Det finns duntäcken, en vedeldad kamin, en bastu i skogen och katten Doris bor gärna hos dig om du vill ha sällskap.

Låna gärna roddbåten för att testa de erkända fina fiskevatten eller låna en cykel för att utforska närområdet. Vandra längs med Kalmarsundsleden och känn den småländska historien mellan stenmurar, hav och odlingslandskap. Soffa/dagbädd som dras ut till en dubbelsäng samt en bred loftsäng med stege. Sängplats till 3 men rekommenderas för 2. Varmt välkomna!

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

Central, renovated & fully equipped cottage in Färjestaden! Located 3 minutes walk to the bus stop "Snäckstrand south" where you can go both south on Öland and into Kalmar very easily. Walking distance to Färjestaden with shops & restaurants. To Eriksöre village street it is 7km & to Ekerum 18km! Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.

Havsnära fritidshus.

Fräscht nybyggt (2023) fritidshus med egen badbrygga. Huset är ljust och trevligt med badbryggan 25m från huset. Huset har alla bekvämligheter. Utemiljön kommer att uppdateras efterhand med uteplatser och dyl. Vid bryggan finns även en liten roddbåt ifall man vill ta sig en liten tur i den vackra skärgården, kanske vill ni testa fiskelyckan? Hjärtligt välkomna.
