It's a separate apartment on the ground floor with a window looking at the park of the city's water company. The apartment is 33 m2 and it has hi-speed WiFi. We don't smoke or keep pets in the apartment, we would like you to join us in this. The apartment has space for a maximum of 3 people: a double bed (140x200) and a bendable sofa (120x190),

Close to the center of Pécs, a comfortably furnished and well-equipped modern apartment with free WIFI, free parking, and non-smoking rooms awaits its guests. Built in the 1800s, completely renovated in 2020, a unique style, 4m high, 76 m2 bourgeois apartment. There are several guarded parking lots around the property. The apartment has a bedroom, kitchen-living room, large bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
