In winter, sleds are provided, and in summer, there is a small but nice playground. In the morning, you will be awakened by the birdsong, and you will also have the entire green area at your disposal (camping with a fire pit, barbecuing, having breakfast outside). Free Wi-Fi is available because not all cell phone plans have full reception.

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.
