A special experience: This eco-apartment is located directly on the "Sepp'n-Bauer" adventure farm on Lake Chiemsee – various animals from small to large, farm tours, carriage rides and much more. Here, relaxation in nature is combined with beautiful moments on an agricultural estate! With a farm shop on the ground floor. Note: We ourselves are not the operators of the farm! These are two separate apartments in the same house that can be booked together for larger groups of guests.

The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. Our hut, renovated in 2022, is located on the edge of alpine meadows and mountain forests. Easy to reach by car but still very quiet, the hut offers a cosy alpine atmosphere with a beautiful mountain meadow view.
