Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Die einzelnen Zimmer sind verschließbar und drei der 4 Zimmer besitzen auch ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die restlichen Räumlichkeiten werden ggf. gemeinsam genutzt.
