Cottage on property with quiet location close to the sea and nature. Located in Färjestaden (by the paradise workshop) with 500 meters to the swimming area, proximity to grocery store. Fully furnished cottage with a bunk bed, upper bed 140 cm and lower 120 cm. In the kitchen there is a fridge, freezer, microwave and electric stove and oven. Wifi. Bathroom with washing/drying machine. Buses go into Kalmar every 20 minutes. Bike ferry runs every hour to Kalmar in the summer. Duvet and pillows are available but not linens/towels. Smoking not allowed. No animals.

Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) in the area with open spaces. The residence offers a balcony overlooking the lake with barbecue facilities and a sun deck. There is a soapstone fireplace in the house that can be used. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available at 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles, only purification) Guests bring their own bed linens and towels as well as charcoal and lighting gear for the grill.

Welcome to Villa Blanche a charming, wooden house in Stenberga – Småland. With lake Saljen close by (2km) where you can swim and fish. There are several walking trails directly from the house. Here you live next to the Stenberga Butiken where you can enjoy coffee, tea or ice cream and get all the groceries you need. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings. From spring we will rent out our canoe. Go skiing, visit Astrid Lindgren park, see moose or go down the zippline.

A tasteful cottage with double bed in a sleeping room and up to five madrases on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, we will be neighbors during your stay. Here you are close to both nature and the city. The house is located at one of the island's two harbors, surrounded by booths and only a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea and fine bathing jetties. 200 meters to cliffs to the west and to a small sand beach to the east. 3 km to the island's large sandy beach (Sandvik). From the house you will see the naval town Karlskrona over the water. There you can go by public transport by both bus or boat.
