En egen lägenhetsvåning i ett hus i hjärtat av idylliska Kålltorp. Spårvagnar och bussar finns 300 meter från boendet som tar dig till centralaste Göteborg på 10-15 minuter (Ullevi, Liseberg, Centralstation, Avenyn etc). Mycket fridfullt men ändå centralt område. Det är fri parkering på gatorna utanför huset. Man har självständig tillgång till lägenheten som är på våning 2 av huset och lägenheten är på hela 75 kvm. Lägenheten är mycket ljus och är i mycket bra skick. Se bilder.

Welcome to Sävedalen! Close to nature, located just outside Gothenburg where you can use the good bus connections to visit the city. Bus stop is about 7-8 min walk. Härlanda tjärn is the closest if you want to swim or take a forest walk. The home is an entire floor of a house and has its own private entrance. One bedroom with 120 cm bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (WC + shower), and large living room. In the kitchen, there is also a sofa bed if you need it. Wifi is included.

This fantastic newly built townhouse has plenty of space and is close to central Gothenburg, only 10 minutes by bus to the central station. Near the townhouse, there is a green area for those who like nature. The house is located at Kviberg's sports area, which offers cross-country skiing indoors, climbing hall, beach volleyball hall, outdoor paddle tennis courts, outdoor gym, outdoor obstacle course and Serneke sports arena.
