Förutom att huset är nära vattnet med en badstrand 60m bort så gränsar fastigheten till skogen och naturreservatet Ormberget-Hertsölandet. Det finns stigar som går flera kilometer! På vintern fryser havet och du kan åka skidor ut och runda dom närliggande öarna eller gå på tur med snöskor i skogen på dom frysta myrarna. Mysigt renoverat boende vid älven med Kamlungeforsen intill. Under sommaren kan du fiska, bada, plocka bär eller svamp med naturen som granne. På vintern kan man åka längdskidor, köra skoter och pimpla. Lugnt och fridfullt med bra sällskapsytor samt tillgång till att laga mat ute i naturen på eldstad. Det finns en rymlig separat vedeldad bastu i en egen byggnad ute på gården med rymlig relax del. Ta en varm bastu och njut av den fina utsikten över älven.
