Our house is located in a small village of Zagoria in Demati, at 1020m altitude. The village is close to Metsovo and Ioannina as it is only 6 km from the Eastern Zagori interchange of Egnatia. Is an old stone house. At the ground floor dominates the fireplace with comfortable sofas and a kitchen with a bar in the middle of the kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, office and two bathrooms. My space is suitable for couples and families (with children).

It is located a very short distance from the center of the village (200 meters, approximately) and is accessed by a carriage road which has parking spaces. It has a terrace - courtyard with traditional table seats and a wonderful view of the river Chrousia and its ravine, but also of the entire mountainous volume of Tzoumerka.

The house in the village was built with love and respect for nature. It is all made of stone and wood, characteristic architecture of the houses of Zagori. The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.
