Our spacious apartment is located right in the center of Premstätten in an elevated panoramic location. It has its own garden and a large terrace! A bright apartment with about 90 m² awaits you divided into three bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a separate walk-in toilet. Free private parking is available on site. The second bedroom is available from the 3rd paying guest, the third bedroom again from the 4th guest.

Do you need a break or do you want to use the nearby bike path? Here you can relax wonderfully but also be active. The 36 m2 log cabin has a kitchen-living room, bedroom, an anteroom and a bathroom. In front of it is a large terrace where you will see the flowing mill corridor and are surrounded by a lot of nature. It is about 700 m to the public bus to downtown, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.

twelve minutes from the tram parking lot and train ,there are two large shopping malls within five minutes by car and to downtown Graz with car ten minutes and to the airport five kilometers. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Guests can also use the terrace. There is a possibility of a little football with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility to rent 1 or 2 bicycles.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
