スナッパーロックは屋久島の南部・尾之間のモッチョム岳の麓にある一棟貸切のコテージです。最寄りのバス停まで徒歩６分。自然に囲まれた静かな場所です。約32㎡ある広いリビングに最大5名が宿泊可能です。（１つはソファベッドです）デッキにはアウトドアテーブルやハンモックがあり、完全にプライベートの森が広がっています。森林浴をしながらのんびりリラックスできます。駐車場も広いので、２〜３台駐車可能です。敷地内には、焚き火スペースもあります。建物は、オーナーがセルフビルドしました。建材は屋久杉や地元の杉を使用。壁には漆喰を塗り、キッチンは廃材をリサイクルして作りました。使い捨てのアメニティは置かず、備品も必要最小限に抑えるなど、人にも環境にも優しい宿を目指しています。屋久島には虫や野生動物がいますので、窓を開けるときは網戸をして室内に入ってこないように気をつけてください。注意：梅雨時期の８時〜９時に年に数回「羽アリ」が島内で大発生します。灯りに集まる習性があるため、その際は窓を閉めて室内の照明等を消していただくようお声かけさせていただいています。ご了承ください。

大自然に囲まれた屋久島。その中でも森の中ゆったりとしたプライベートコテージ。テラスから見える海を眺め、自然の音を聞き、まるで自然の中に包まれたような豊かな時間をお過ごしできます。道は少し通りにくいですが裏手の海に抜ける山道も隣接しています（ほぼプライベートで海遊びができます）。ゲストの宿泊部屋は2人用の部屋がひとつ。4人用の部屋が1つになります。半地下にスタッフルームがあり。キッチンとプレイルームにはスタッフも立ち入る公共スペースになっています。Wifiはスターリンクわ入れています。
