My place is approximately 300 meters from the beach and the river, 100 meters from the supermarket, pharmacy, near restaurants, bakery, marinas and yacht club. Integrated internal, external and garden area. It has leisure equipment (two bikes, parasol, beach chairs etc), barbecue and cooking utensils. Bring only your bed linen and towels. Air conditioning in the double bedroom and fans in the whole house. Great for couples, families with kids and pets. Large garden, land of 400 m2.

It's very safe , with entrance gate and vigilance 24h/day. comfortable house, 4 bedrooms (in suite), all with air conditioning. Living area is spacious and charming with all amenities. Pool, terraces and barbecue are all connected in the same space, making it very fun.
