Enjoy a large wooded park to relax, a stone's throw from the Liscuis hiking trails and its nature reserve. The canal from Nantes to Brest, the abbey of Bon-Repos and the lake of Guerlédan are very close. Swimming, walks, water activities, shops and swimming pool are accessible in a few minutes. Located 1.5 km from the sea and the first beaches, and 2.5 km from the center of Cancale, this 100 m2 stone farmhouse, a small family house, is sheltered in the heart of a peaceful and sunny valley, a protected natural area, within a small hamlet organized around a malouinière (old bourgeois building built by the Malouin shipowners), and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

(In July-August the house is rented only by the week from Saturday to Saturday)

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.

'Le Petit Lapin' is a private 'boutique' cottage next to my farmhouse in the small Breton village of Sains. Its exposed beams and stone walls reveal its rural character, but it has all the modern amenities as well as ecological credentials (heat pump & solar panels) and its own large terrace.
