This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

Bright beach flat in the heart of Juan les Pins

Bright, renovated 2 bedroom apartment in a superb location less than 100m from the beach in central Juan les Pins. Close to the restaurants and bars of the Pinede and the train station, the ideal base for a beach holiday on the Riviera! The building is one of the oldest in town, built in 1921. The vintage style and the original parquet from the 20s makes you live the atmosphere of La Belle Epoque. All three main rooms are provided with independent a/c.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it.
