The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. Villa Exotica is located in a private small gated community of Punta Custodio in the town of Platanitos. Punta Custodio has only 14 houses and shares a sprawling swimming pool that overlooks the ocean. Platanitos is a short walk away and consists of beach front restaurants specializing in Mexican Seafood, it is not a residential town, so Villa Exotica is exclusive and remote without being isolated. Our house is most comfortable with four adults and 2 of kid.

Casa Alma is located on the shore of the main beach with panoramic views of the beach from the private terrace in the best location in Sayulita! Stay 5 minutes walking from the center of Sayulita. Swim on the beach in front of the property and in the shared pool. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom bungalow with terrace has Wi-Fi, kitchen, parking, and maid service (Monday to Saturday). All requests asking to bring pets will be automatically denied.
