Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

The owners live on the ground floor and are always available for questions and requests during your stay.

From there it is only a 5-minute walk to the center of Piesendorf with restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop, tourist office, etc. The ski areas of Zell am See and Kaprun (glacier), the Tauernspa in Kaprun, the Zell am See golf course are only a few minutes away by car. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Zell am See/Kaprun holiday region. The countless destinations in the region will make your vacation a real experience. It's just minutes to the Tauern Spa or the Kaprun Glacier. Zell am See can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car or train.

Chalet Charlotte - our 2021 newly built vacation home (semi-detached house) in alpine style - has been furnished in a modern and very cozy style with great attention to detail. It offers plenty of space for warmth. Enjoyment with friends. Family. Pure nature. Mountain worlds. The chalet with its own sauna is located on the edge of Lengdorf (Niedernsill), a small, idyllic village between Zell am See, Kaprun and Kitzbühel.
