THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

In the cabin there is a 140 cm sofa bed and a sleeping loft with two 90 cm mattresses. Up in the sleeping loft it is 89 cm from floor to ridge. The cozy corner with sofa and TV has drapes that can be drawn during the night. The cabin is located on the owner's property. This lovely cottage is located a few meters from Lake Vänern and has a sandy beach, wood-fired sauna and jetty with wood-fired hot tub. Perfect even for winter swimming! The views of the lake are amazing! The cottage has 2 lofts with beds, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, toilet, shower and washing machine. Large glass doors can be opened out to the balcony, which has a gas grill, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. This is a quiet, natural and beautiful accommodation 15 km outside Lidköping.

This special place is close to everything, Walking distance. At the same time, you have the car outside the bedroom. The guest rents the entire house with its own entrance and lives there alone. Bedroom with double bed and two beds that fold out of the sofa. Thick bed mattress. Family with more children can contact the host. Guest cleans at check-out. Bed linen is available, but for a 24-hour rental, we expect the guest to bring their own. Otherwise, it costs SEK 100 per bed. Paid directly to the host. Cleaning can be arranged for SEK 400. For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Apartment in rural setting

Welcome to live in a rural environment in a newly-built apartment that is decorated in an old carriage shed. The farm is nicely located in scenic surroundings 1.8 miles south of Lidköping. We are active farmers and foresters and have a small herd of Dexters (mini cows) as well as a small flock of chickens. It is close to nice hiking trails and in addition to the proximity to Lidköping, you can reach Läckö Castle, Spiken's fishing port and Kinnekulle within 40 km. For those who travel by bicycle, the Vänerleden goes straight through the farm.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
