Musab's Munificent Apartment

The apartment is on the first floor in a beautiful and clean building built in 2017. Facing South, both the living room and the bedroom are quite bright and get plenty of sunshine during the day, provided there are no clouds covering the sun. :) The apartment can host 2 guests quite comfortably. The nearest grocery store is at 30 seconds walking distance, the bus stop is at 4 minutes walking distance, and the nearest train station (Jakobsberg Station) is at 8 minutes walking distance.

Rymlig & nyrenoverad bostad med solig terass. Huset har ett mycket centralt läge i vackra Kungsängen. Med 25 min från Stockholm Stad och 20 min från Arlanda Flygplats. Huset ligger i ett familjärt område med direkt anslutning till busshållsplats utanför huset samt närhet till pendeltåget (5 min promenad). Som hyresvärd kommer vi att erbjuda ett fullt utrustad boende i bästa möjliga skick. Du som gäst bör ta hand om huset och respektera grannarna.

Cozy and modern apartment with separate entrance located in the leafy and family-friendly neighbourhood Kyrkbyn in Barkarby. This accommodation is newly renovated, located on the ground floor in our house, with access from our garden. The apartment is suitable for three adults or two adults and two kids. The local commuter trains station is a 5-10 min walk away. Very close to playgrounds, grocery, shopping, restaurants, gym and nature reserves.

Hemtrevlig och rymlig parhus

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. Här finns det plats för 4vuxna som vill bo rymligt och ostört. Två inglasade terrasser ger extra utrymme. Egen tomt och trädgård. Två våningsplan badrum/wc i båda planen. Öppen planlösning i nedre planen. Jag hyr ut mitt hus medans den väntar försäljning. Det finns allt i köket ( för ca 6 personer) att kunna laga mat och äta. Totalt 4 sängar för vuxna.

Stor och rymlig lägenhet mitt i Barkarbystaden. Här finns det bra kommunikation med bussar precis utanför. Från närmsta tågstation når du City på knappa 15 minuter. Lägenheten är fullt möblerad med allt vad som kan tänkas så ni kan flytta in på en gång. Lägenheten uthyres minst en månad men enligt överenskommelse med flexibelt tillträde. Tveka inte att höra av dig om du har några funderingar.
