It is on the ground floor (although access to the building has 9 steps), and shares garden and pool with the other two apartments, Bonelli and Adalberti. It is a cozy space with a beautiful living room-kitchen that has all the comforts, it has a sofa bed for one person, Smart TV 50 inches, electric fireplace and a design that takes care of every detail. It has a nice terrace ideal for a morning coffee or even a dinner under the stars with spectacular views of the village and the creek.
