The apartment is quiet to unashamed to but short distance to everything . 20 sqm terrace with stunning views of the Oslo fjord, the apartment of 90 sqm is located on 2 floors in single-family home , the apartment is completely renovated in 2021. Short way to t track,bus,shops, beach etc. 10 min to Oslo city centre by car.. Owner of the house lives on 1 floor and there is a common entrance but its own hallway. Owner of the house has access to its own loft in the floor above the apartment. This means that the owner uses common stairwell. There is an Apple TV in the living room to sleep.

In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslo fjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with own entrance. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. When you enter the door, you'll be in the living room. With private balcony and fireplace. A sofa and queen bed. Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

A rocky path leads to the private jetty with a rowing boat at your disposition. Within a 20 minutes drive you will reach Kolsås, Sandvika, Høvikodden and Oslo, and by public transport Oslo is within an hour. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Old, venerable house with stunning views of the Oslo-fjord. 10 min walk to Kadett-tangen and Kalvøya which is a large swimming beach. 10 min walk to Sandvika city. 5 min walk to bus station/train and you use 15 min by bus/train to Oslo Sentrum. Nice hiking opportunities along the coastal path in the immediate vicinity. Large property with room for several cars. Large stunning terrace overlooking the sea.
