Quiet and cozy street, JR Shisui Station is very close, 2 stops directly to the airport; outlets, 2020 Ruju Hot Spring, leisure shopping one stop directly. We rent out Room 201, the entire private bungalow with a loft, where you can enjoy the entire comfortable private space with your family, friends... The outdoor stairs from the first floor of the house leads up to room 201, the keypad is hanging on the door, you can enter after taking the key. Room 201 has a standard 1.5m double tatami bed in the loft, and you need to climb a simple wooden ladder to reach the loft. The wooden ladder is a bit steep, guests who are not comfortable with it, please contact the host in advance, we will prepare the sofa bed in the living room for you. Please note that⚠️ if you need to use the 1.4m sofa bed in the living room, please contact us in advance at the time of booking and we will prepare the necessary bedding for the sofa bed. Shopping is very convenient near the supermarket, restaurant, 100 yen shop, and convenience store. Free Narita Airport pick up for guests staying 15 days or more ~ (If you need to be taken to Narita Airport or elsewhere, we will charge a service fee of 5,000 and above, please discuss the details with me ~)

The house is a refined two-story building with 8 separate loft apartments, each for 1-3 people, perfect for couples, small family trips, or friends traveling together to live as a neighbor, both traveling together and not disturbing each other. It is located at the junction of Shinjuku Shibuya Nakano Ward, Nishi-Shinjuku 5-chome, Nishi-Shinjuku 5-chome, and is very close to Shinjuku core area or Shibuya. 5-minute walk to Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome Station, you can take the "Toei-Oedo Line", two stops directly to Shinjuku; 11-minute walk to Nakano Sakaue Station, you can take the "Marunouchi Line", and "Toei-Oedo Line", 2-minute walk to the bus station, 23 minutes to Shibuya Station.1 transfer from Haneda Airport, about 60 minutes to get to the house, 1 transfer to Narita 1 transfer, about 110 minutes to get there. The location of the apartment is mostly surrounded by Japanese locals, a low-rise apartment that can feel the real living state of the local people and can rest efficiently.There are several 24-hour convenience stores, chain drug stores, and food stores near Nishi-Shinjuku 5ch station.
