Explore the West Country all year round with access to hiking/biking and horse trails. Quadding and snowmobiling in the backcountry as well as seasonal hunting and fishing. For some rest and relaxation, enjoy the deck by the flower garden, sit in front of the wood burning stove or by the firepit on those starry nights.

Slow down and breathe deep in this handcrafted Western-style cabin tucked into Alberta’s foothills. Enjoy our sandy beach, dock and trout pond for swimming, fishing and kayaking. The pond and waterfront area are shared with guests from our other two accommodations, while the cabin offers your own private place to relax and unwind. Explore the outdoors or simply settle in under big Alberta skies and enjoy the peaceful ranch setting. A cozy foothills getaway made for slowing down and reconnecting.

Log home east of Sundre

Enjoy country living! Our private guest suite is a separate A frame log home; 2 bedrooms (loft and main floor), bathroom with stand up shower, kitchen, living room with fireplace and own laundry. King bed in the loft and double bed on main. It's on 155 acres of forest and pasture, walking trails, greenhouses and gated gardens. This family run hobby farm has pastured cows, horses, sheep, chickens and more.Outdoor activities available. 10 minutes east of Sundre. Near 2 golf courses and amenities.

Natural beauty surrounds this historic getaway. The sunrises from here are unrivalled along with stunning expansive views. The building has evolved from a teacherage to a grain bin to a Cafe & now the tiny guesthouse you see. Numerous walking trails on the 160acres double for XC skiing and snowshoeing in winter. Property is shared with a cabin, campsites and a treehouse.

Our resort includes a beautiful three bedroom vacation house and land that overlooks the James River. It is surrounded by trees in the Canadian wilderness. Enjoy a relaxing time in peace and quiet. Great for families. Escape the busy life while still in comfort. Bookings are based on double occupancy with a maximum of 6 people. $40/person/night for extra guests.
