We offer a bathroom in a classic style, with an old brick floor and a cast iron bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room and bedroom. Our wooden cottage has been designed in a modern and functional way. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Masuria, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads to Lajs. No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful homes with dreams and pine trees around. Adjacent is a family work. Homes fit into local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Agritourism - Karwik Stop no. 2

Agritourism - Przystanek Karwik is a house located among Masurian meadows, lakes and forests. The house consists of 3 parts - one is occupied by the owners, two (each with a separate entrance and terrace) are intended for guests. There is a green area and a meadow around the house, where there is a gazebo with a barbecue set, a separate place for a bonfire, a wooden playground with a sandbox and a trampoline, as well as a hammock and deckchairs for resting.
