The house is rustic and wide, built with demolition materials and local materials. It has a wood burning stove and gas and solar heater for bathing. Lugar is silent, with beautiful landscapes, peice trees, blondes, ipes, bromelies, candles, jacarandás, seriemas, wolves, toucans, owls, fireflies, birds and butterflies. It has no electric light, which provides a deep rest and great integration with nature. On the site there are wells and falls of agua mineral that comes directly from the springs.

The house does not have electricity; there is a hot bath via the solar energy system; the cell phone signal does not pick up inside the house, but with a walk of approx. 100m, the signal starts to pick up (mainly Vivo operator); there is a restricted and unstable wifi system - via cell phone -, if you are interested in accessing it, contact your hosts.
