Two-room apartment with bathroom located in the countryside between Itri and Formia. It combines proximity to the most famous holiday resorts of the Tyrrhenian coast of Lazio with the tranquility of life in the countryside. The house consists of: double bedroom, kitchen/dining room and bathroom. Outside there is an exclusive space and many other common spaces. The house is 4km from Formia and Gaeta, 20km from Sperlonga and 3km from Itri. The station is 2 km away, and you can easily visit Rome or Naples.

The small building is located in a side street of Via Indipendenza, the ancient seaside village, at the top of a flight of stairs.The space is very well looked after and equipped with every comfort,here you can spend your holidays in a typical period accommodation. The apartment is on 3 floors, has 2 bedrooms with two double beds (both with air conditioning) and overlooking the sea,and 2 single beds on a mezzanine (with fan). The house has a beautiful terrace with kitchen that you will love!

Immersed in a beautiful natural area, the "Luna" apartment offers the possibility of reaching enchanting tourist destinations, such as Sperlonga, Gaeta, Formia and Terracina. The Medieval Village of Itri, birthplace of Michele Pezza, known as "Frà Diavolo," is the setting. The apartment consists of: a double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with a large hydromassage shower. Externally, it has a terrace equipped with a barbecue, table, chairs and a relaxation corner.

La villa si trova sulla collina sopra la spiaggia dell'Ariana a circa 300 metri dal mare, a 3 km dal centro abitato di Gaeta e a 18 km da quello di Sperlonga. L'appartamento, con ingresso indipendente e posto auto riservato, ha una ampia e panoramica area esterna ad uso esclusivo.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
