It is located at the edge of Karavomilos village, surrounded by nature with spectacular views across the blue of Ionian Sea and the island of Ithaca. Just a breath away from the center of the village but still a peaceful and tranquil location offering a lot of privacy. Also, only 1.5 km away from Sami small town and port where someone can find friendly taverns, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, cafe, bars etc.

It has an outdoor space of 70sq.m with an outdoor dining area and sun loungers in the private pool measuring 4mX6m and 2.10 meters deep.
