Each bedroom has a private bathroom and TV. There is a full kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, and BBQ grill. There is an outside gate and a secure parking. Cozy and charming house beautifully decorated and fully equipped for your comfort and an unforgettable stadia. Casa duplex with balcony overlooking the sea, within a small condominium of the 9 houses with direct access to Araçaipe Beach through the garden. The condominium has leisure area, barbecue and swimming pool. The place is very quiet and ideal for families and couples to enjoy their vacation. Staying only 30 steps to the beach that becomes a natural pool when the sea is low.
