Cute vacation house surrounded by green area

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

The stone house features a charming facade with green shutters and an inviting green door. A terrace is visible in front, furnished with a small table and chairs, surrounded by blooming plants. Sunlight highlights the rustic details of the exterior.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

An infinity pool stretches towards the horizon, reflecting the clear blue sky. Surrounding greenery offers a serene backdrop, while hills are visible in the distance. Loungers positioned along the pool edge invite relaxation and appreciation of the landscape.

Located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern. Best for 2 people - best friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.
