During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Tourist farm RedFairytale is the name of our 3 lovely apartments, situated in the heart of nature with a relaxing view of our vineyard fields, olive groves, and surrounding Istrian houses, all designed in typical Istrian stone style. The apartment with name "Pomigranaj" is beautifully decorated, with a large part featuring typical Istrian stone, adding a rustic and authentic charm to the space. Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

We have now brought it back to life and completely renovated it, making sure it offers all the comforts you would expect to find. Private parking space at the side of the house is provided and you can enjoy relaxing in the vast garden and outdoor terrace. Belakapa is a proud owner of an eco label Green Key. Villa Sarita is designed and built (2008-2010), with natural materials, brick, natural white stone, oak and Terracota of Istria, which were processed in a classical way. The villa covers an area of 350 m2 of living space (interior of 200m2, 150m2 terrace) and 2,000 m2 of space in the yard where is a little forest of oaks. Ground floor flat is functionally designed with all the necessary space for 8-10 people.
