Thanks to its location in the center of the village and a 5-minute walk from the JRC, this space offers easy access to all major services. Inside the building on the ground floor you will find a small market, while a few meters away there is a bar, pastry shop, delicatessen with lunch menu and various shops. The lakeside promenade and beach are a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is very bright with a view of the village, is located on the 2nd floor of the condominium and has a terrace. CHECK-IN from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.
