The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

"A casa ro Conti" between sea, pool and countryside

"A casa ro Conti" is located in the quiet Modica countryside within a small farm. The property includes a double bedroom and one with single beds, which can become a double if necessary, each with a private bathroom. The kitchen-living room overlooks the pool and sea view. Beautiful canopy equipped for barbecue and rocking to enjoy the cool and beautiful sunsets, private parking. Saltwater pool equipped with sun loungers and canopy.
