Entire house 2 min walk to beautifull beach

Tropical local house with large terrace and garden with 3 apartments and 6 bedrooms. 5 min walk to restaurants, park and beautiful beach. Great location between Isla verde and Condado. Ideal for families or friends groups. Plenty of space for up to 12. The main apartment is open on the garden with large living room and 3 bedrooms. The upstairs has a large sunny living room and 2 master bedrooms XL king beds. One small one full bed apartment in the backyard. All house has AC splits and fans.

Your family will be close to everything if you stay at this Airbnb. Its a 10-15 min walk to the Isla Verde Beach. You can find many stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, smoke shops, restaurants and bars in the area. Airport at a 5-10min ride. Plaza La Americas is a 15min ride, Condado is a 10-15 min car ride and Old San Juan is a 15-20 min ride. Santilla del Mar BEACH HOUSE with direct access to the beach, for large groups up to 10 persons, 2500 square meters with private fence. 2 large rooms, you can park inside the property, palm trees.
