I am absolutely thrilled to welcome you to my place! “Villa la Llum” is a tower with incredible ocean views, built over 50 years ago as a retreat for a beautiful French actress. This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

Apartment a few meters from the beach and WiFi

Apartment located in a quiet area of the promenade, within walking distance of the main beach of Llança (playa del Port), near the marina and yacht club, with all the restaurants, leisure, shops and services at your fingertips, without using the vehicle. It consists of two bedrooms (one with a 150 cm double bed. And the second with two single beds of 90 cm), living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace of 6 m2 with side view of the beach

This accommodation is very special and personal because it is the house that my great-grandfather bought to spend the summers with his 9 children, then where my father grew up and in it I spent the happiest moments of my childhood.
