L'appartamento dispone di 2 ampie camere matrimoniali con armadi, di cui una con bagno in camera, secondo bagno , sala con angolo cottura con divano letto che all'occorrenza può essere usato. L'appartamento è completamente climatizzato , dotato di connessione wifi, smart Tv, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro e forno a microonde . Spazio esterno con tavolo per mangiare fuori, gazebo con divanetti e bbq.
