Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Enjoy a great stay in the center of Zell am Moos. Public bathing areas, restaurants, and local shops are within walking distance of this fully equipped 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor. The apartment also has a desk if you want to move your office to beautiful Lake Irrsee for a few days. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Local city tax of EUR 3.10 per person per night is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on site.
