From Akademgorodok 20 minutes by minibus 420 (every 5 minutes). 10 minutes walk to the center, near the park "Dubki", park "Pravika", Tax Academy, Beautiful courtyard with pine trees, with a playground, parking in the yard, supermarkets, pharmacy, beauty salon, coffee shop, pizzeria. The apartment has automatic heating, heated floor in the bathroom.
