The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Beautiful modern 75-square-meter apartment, air conditioning, elevator, and free street parking in front of the house. Quiet residential area, a 12-minute walk from the lake. If you like to take a walk to reach the center and the lakefront, this accommodation is just right for you. Only service dogs are allowed.
