Mountain cabin at 1000 m with sauna on the southern slope

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Tower in the mountains

This unique property is located in the Hohe Tauern at 1000 m above sea level. Not only is the architectural style unique, but the view of the mighty mountains, lake and nature is simply beautiful! On the over 3800 m² plot there are still 2 core-renovated rustic log cabins that are over 200 years old and are also for rent. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within easy reach.

Alpine chalet "Mölltalblick" near Mölltaler glacier

Relax after a day of skiing or a mountain hike in this quiet, newly built sustainable natural wood chalet. Enjoy the wood planking, the oak planks, the wood furniture from the carpenter. Lie down on the lambskin, look at the high gallery and the rustic lighting or the fireplace fire - or look out and be overwhelmed by the incredible mountain views you also have from the lounger and the unique tree dining table on the covered terrace!

Holzhutte Andrea

This nature house in Mörtschach, which is 100% self-sufficient in energy, was completely newly built in 2015 and is located in a sunny, quiet place. You will occupy the detached chalet all by yourself, privacy guaranteed! The interior is very cozily furnished. From the terrace, you have a breathtaking view over the surrounding mountains.  The garden is enclosed all around, making it also good for families with children!

Tauernwelt The AlpenNatur Chalet

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

Bergmann's Holiday Apartment

Bergmanns Ferienapartment in Nußdorf-Debant offers a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a living room. It has a balcony with mountain and city views, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The apartment has free Wi-Fi, a kitchenette with a dishwasher. Other amenities include a sofa bed, TV and free on-site parking. Guests appreciate the quiet location, the picturesque views and the friendly host.

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Historical, impressive, quiet and spacious accommodation in the village of Mörtschach at 935 m above sea level. Located directly on the Alpe Adria Trail. The building, which is over 100 years old, originally served as a school and is correspondingly spacious.
