Typical Alsatian house, very quiet, completely refurbished (area 75 m2). Ideally located for visiting Alsace: the wine route (Kaysersberg village preferred by the French in 2017 is 3 km away, Colmar is 5 km away), Vosges walks with its many lakes, Christmas markets, skiing (white lake resort 25 minutes away, schnepf 40 minutes away) , golf (18 holes 5 minutes away)... The accommodation has a double bed, two single beds as well as a fifth bed in the form of a trundle bed.

You are close to the Wine Route with its authentic villages, Germany and its Black Forest and Europa-Park (25 km) with its new water park. Nice brand new apartment that can accommodate 2 to 3 people with large private terrace, in large detached house on the edge of the vineyard and its wine route. The entrance is private and is via a large external staircase. Bedroom equipped with a flat-screen TV. New bedding. Kitchen equipped with ceramic cooktop, fridge and oven, microwave. Walk-in shower and modern sink. Separate toilet. Close to Colmar (6 min drive from the center)

Our house is an old Alsatian house, from 1786, on three levels served by stairs. On the first floor, there is the living room, dining room, table with 5 chairs, bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet, office and kitchen, equipped. Upstairs, a large master bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with double bed, a children's bedroom with a double bed, and a toilet area, with sink and toilet.
